We moved the brand from a monolithic way of thinking towards a diverse story-by-story portfolio strategy. This helped us shift the brand towards craft and to build unique personalities. The client loved the idea and embraced it on first sight.
The thinking brought to light a lot of solutions which aligned with the clients wish to focus on beer, and move the brewery brand (The National Brewery) to a supporting role. This led into an extensive role-out of branding materials for the Brewery, On-trade and Off-Trade far beyond our expectations.
